Check out this video of the B-2 that crashed on takeoff (the second B-2 is the one that crashes). The accident investigation board determined it was the result of moisture in the sensors. As it is “fly-by-wire”, the pilots were unable to override the erroneous control inputs and ejected safely. This was the most expensive crash in Air Force history at $1.4 billion (cost of one B-2).
